Sherry Panciera . . .
As North Star’s President and CEO, Sherry Panciera has responsibility for leading and managing the sales and operational components of the business.
Prior to North Star, Sherry started her career in the recruiting industry, gaining more than 15 years experience as both a corporate and consultant (headhunter) recruiter. Sherry then went on to serve several years in senior human resource roles within large organizations and was extremely successful in designing, implementing and leading human resource teams, systems and processes that strategically align with and drive business direction. Sherry intimately understands the challenges and idiosyncrasies of recruiting and hiring, and, continues to be fascinated with leveraging technology to further automate and advance the recruiting industry.
